We have some troubleshooting tips that should help get your spray bottle working!
Out of the box: If you've just received a new spray bottle and you're having trouble using it, you want to make sure you do not fill above the bottle’s neck. This bit of space helps the nozzle work properly. If your bottle is filled to the top we suggest pouring out a small amount. If your bottle does have room at the top try slightly loosening the nozzle slightly to see if that helps.
After some use: If you've been using your spray bottle for awhile now and it's starting to give you trouble, we've found that many essential oil based cleaners like our Grove Co. concentrates can cause buildup in the nozzle over time. Typically we see this as the nozzle not spraying correctly, the handle sticking, or not spraying at all. Soaking your nozzle in a solution of warm water and vinegar should release this buildup so your nozzle can work properly again. We would also recommend doing this in between refills and/or if you are switching the cleaner in your bottle. Doing this routinely will help the longevity of your nozzle!
