Why was I charged $29.99?

We're glad you asked! As of June 14, 2024, $29.99 (plus applicable tax, depending on your state) is the charge for our VIP membership. The VIP membership includes a lot of great benefits, including free shipping for all orders $29 and above. You likely have received this charge because you have had a VIP membership over the last year and it renewed. You should have received an email from us about this upcoming renewal and charge. 

If you do not want the VIP membership, you can click here to cancel the membership. Cancellations within 30 days of the charge will automatically be refunded the fee. The full refund will post to your account within a few business days, depending on your financial institution.
