Whether you can't remember your password and you're having trouble logging into your account or just would like to create a new password, we've got you covered!
If you forgot your password or are having trouble logging in:
- You can use this link to reset your password with this link: https://www.grove.co/accounts/password/reset/
- After entering your email and requesting a new password, it may take up to 15 minutes to receive an email to your inbox. If you've requested multiple resets, only the most recent request will be valid. If you don't see an email, we'd recommend checking your spam folder as well.
To change your password if you're already logged in:
- In the Settings, go to the Password and Privacy section to update your password. You will click on the "Reset password" button and a reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your Grove account.
If you still need help accessing your Grove account:
- If you've given the password reset link a try and you've double-checked that your login email is correct and you still can't get into you account, don't worry -- just contact us and we'll help you out!
