My order is going to the wrong address, is there anything that can be done?

We understand that mistakes happen!

If you notice your order is being sent to the wrong address, please get in touch with us ASAP at community@grove.co, or give us a ring at 1-844-476-8375 and we will do what we can to get it rerouted to the correct address!

If your package can not be rerouted, as a one time courtesy, we can apply store credit for the value of the shipment to your account so that you can replace it at your earliest convenience.
