    I want to receive my products sooner than October but can't seem to find a way to do that.
    I appreciate your service but I don't wish to receive free anti microbial wipes, the proliferation of which, as I understand, is contributing to antibiotic resistance in microbes and environmental degradation in other ways. I am surprised that you offer them. It would be difficult but better to educate consumers about their effects.
    Making them a free gift seems reckless

    I just received my peder and the charcoal maks is busted all over in the package. The top blew open. The contents were packed too tightly. How can i get another? I can send pics.
