How do I cancel my Grove Collaborative subscription?

We love our Grove Collaborative community! If you choose to turn off auto-shipments instead of canceling your subscription, click here.

Before you go, we want to make sure you know how the Grove subscription works for you. We're different than other companies; there's no commitment, your order is completely customizable, and we have a 100% happiness guarantee.

Everything you need, nothing you don't

We recommend a monthly shipment filled with your favorite items, but you can always remove or unsubscribe from products you don't want:

  • Remove: Click the "X" icon in the top right of the product tile
  • Unsubscribe: After removing a product, click "remove forever" and you'll never receive that product again -or- go here
  • Change the date: Click "change the date" on the left side of your shipment

Plenty of reminders

We send out text message and email reminders a week before, and the day before a shipment is scheduled to go out. You can verify that the order is correct, change the contents or the date, or even postpone for a month if you need to.

If you don't need anything this time around, simply remove all the products in your upcoming shipment.

Grove Collaborative is different

These features are what make Grove different - your subscription is flexible and can be edited at any time. You decide what you want, and when you want it. We'll never send you products you don't want. That's why 90% of Grove customers who try out 2 shipments are still ordering from us a year later.

Want to cancel auto-shipments?

There are some quick and easy ways to push out your shipments, one week, one month, or two months. However, we totally get that not everyone wants auto-shipments... and so we recently introduced a way to order from Grove as needed!  This page will help you manage your account, including turning off auto-ship (towards the bottom): cancel auto-shipments

But if you still need to go...

Canceling auto-shipments will prevent you from receiving automatic orders you are not expecting, but your Grove account does remain active so that you can order on an as-needed basis.
