I’ve received my first Grove Collaborative shipment, now what?

We hope you loved your first Grove Collaborative order! Here is what you can expect next.

Now that you have placed your first order, you will probably notice similar items in your cart already for next month. As an auto-replenishment service, your next order will generate one month out from your last, but there is never a commitment to order monthly. 

To make any changes, head to www.grove.co/go. From there you can remove items you don't need using the "X" in the corner of the product tile, postpone the shipment date using the "Change Ship Date' button, or browse the site for more amazing products to add to your cart!

Your will always have a "next" shipment that is flexible, so if you do decide to postpone it, you won't receive anything until the date you choose.

You will receive reminder emails and text messages to alert you to your upcoming order 7 days before your shipment ships and then again 1 day before, so you'll never have to worry about forgetting to make changes or postponements!
