I’ve received my first Grove Collaborative shipment, now what?

We hope you’re loving your first order from Grove! Here’s what you can expect next:

Now that you’ve placed your first order, we add items that you might be running low on into your cart and schedule your next order for about a month from now. Grove ships monthly so you never run out of the essentials you need, but our flexible services can be customized for your unique household. You’re always in control to edit, add, and remove items and you can always change your order date if you don’t need anything right away! 

To make any updates to your order, head to your cart. From there you can remove items you don't need using the "X" in the corner of each product, push back the date of your next order using the "Change Date' button, or browse the site for new products to add to your cart!

We’ll always send you three email reminders before each order: emails will arrive seven and five days before your order, then a final email the day before your order processes so you always know what’s coming.
