How do I cancel my order?

If you have an order processing that you aren't ready for - we're here to help! We can cancel orders after they start processing until a shipping label and tracking number are assigned to your order. Contact our team of Grove Guides for assistance! If your order has already shipped, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label so you can return it back to us for a full refund.
