Why is my order in the warehouse?

Due to extreme volume, some July orders have been delayed past our usual shipping timeline.

We were implementing some new systems in order to improve order accuracy and efficiency when it comes to picking and packing (it's all done by hand) shipments! Unfortunately, the implementation took longer than we anticipated (a whole week versus three days), which caused the delay in all orders getting shipped out.

This instance is extremely rare - in the future, your order should go out much quicker. In the meantime, we're working to make sure your current shipment goes out right away- likely tomorrow. 

For future reference, it's usually about 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and get packed, then it's about 3-4 business days in transit.
