Scheduled shipments need to meet our $29 order minimum in order to process, but if you just need to ship one or two items (like the toilet paper you’re almost out of) there is no order minimum to click Ship Now and place your order.
We do offer order minimums to reach free shipping for both our VIP and non-VIP customers. Orders over $29 pre-tax (for VIP Members) and $49 pre-tax (for non-VIPs) will ship free (excluding the Supply Chain Fee of $2.99). Orders under those minimums, respectively, will be charged $4.99 for shipping, which helps us remain true to our sustainable mission and to continue carbon offsetting every package that leaves our door.
